Why We Created Professionnels sur demande

Biography
Lyne Bourdeau
A graduate in Tourism Techniques from ITHQ, I quickly understood that my true passion was more about entrepreneurship and human relations. My journey led me to launch a personalized children’s book franchise as well as a video club in West Montreal, known for its selection of French films and its customer experience-focused approach.
Coming from a family deeply connected to the automotive industry, my mother being the first female car salesperson in Quebec in 1973, I evolved in this field, holding several positions, from sales advisor to general manager, before becoming a trainer and representative for dealerships across Quebec and Ontario.
I then founded a training school for commercial directors before joining the family business specializing in recruitment, training, and placement in the automotive sector. This expertise eventually led us to diversify our services into recruitment and headhunting in several other sectors of activity.
Today, I support companies across Quebec by helping them find the right talent to ensure their growth. Bilingual, determined, and passionate about people, I deeply believe that success relies on a perfect harmony between a company and its employees.

Stephan Menard
A self-taught individual at heart, I have always favored learning through experience. From the beginning of my professional journey, I chose to develop my skills in the field, which allowed me to acquire varied expertise in several sectors of activity.
I started my career in retail and hospitality before dedicating over fifteen years to the custom restaurant equipment manufacturing industry. This experience allowed me to develop in-depth knowledge in electricity, plumbing, CNC programming, blueprint reading, manufacturing, and assembly. Above all, it forged my ability to find concrete solutions and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Subsequently, I continued my career in the construction sector as a specialized concrete repair technician. In parallel, I co-founded a snow removal and mowing company, which allowed me to develop solid experience in business management, operations, and customer service.
Always driven by the desire to learn and undertake, I then participated in the creation of a second company specializing in signage. Today, as Vice President, I leverage my multidisciplinary background, practical sense, and strategic vision to contribute to the organization’s growth and support its development.
I deeply believe that curiosity, perseverance, and the willingness to learn are the foundations of lasting success. My journey reflects this.
